My name is Lila Finn, the owner of Bar Fly LLC. I have been in the restaurant industry for most of my life. This profession is something I'm very passionate about. Whether I'm creating new cocktails, being in a fast paced environment or just interacting with guests. At the age of fourteen I started working at a beloved seafood restaurant on Cape Cod. Since then I have worked in an abundance of bar atmospheres such as Sports Bars, Waterfront restaurants, Clubs, Fine Dining and Wine Bars. Also throughout this time, I've been hired to bartend weddings, engagements and holiday parties. This is where I find myself happiest and most honored so I decided to start a company doing just that!

I have been lucky that bartending has given me enough freedom to be able to do one of my favorite things - TRAVELING!! No matter where I go, meeting new people and learning new cultures is always fascinating and humbling. I love trying the local cuisine and of course the drinks. Traveling has also given me my passion for fishing.
